Ingredients: 3 eggs 1/2 Tsp salt 2 Cups brown sugar (I used white because I was out) 1/2 Cup melted butter 1 Tbsp vanilla 1 Tsp Rose water 1/2 Cup Mixed fruits 1/4 Cup of rum, fruit wine & red label wine. (Use about 20% of white rum & 80% with a mix of the fruit wine and red label wine) 1 Tsp nutmeg 1 Tsp cinnamon powder 4 Cups of 2% milk 5 Cups bread (cubed) Bake @350F for 1 Hour & 10 mins NB.
