Ingredients: 3 eggs (at room temperature) 200 g sugar ½ tsp salt Pinch of vanillin (or 1 tsp vanilla extract) 100 g vegetable oil 200 g yogurt (or kefir / buttermilk) 240 g all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder Instructions: Prepare the pan: Grease a bundt/cake pan (approx. 21×7 cm) with butter and lightly dust it with flour. Tap out any excess. Beat the eggs: In a deep bowl, combine the room-temperature eggs, sugar, salt, and vanillin. Beat with a mixer until thick, light, and fluffy. Add liquids: Pour in the vegetable oil and yogurt (kefir works great too). Gently mix to combine. Mix in dry ingredients: Sift in the flour and baking powder. Whisk gently until you get a smooth, lump-free batter. Fill the pan: Pour the batter evenly into your prepared pan. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F), top-and-bottom heat, for about 40 minutes (until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean).
