Customer-specific requirements are the requirements created by the customer with the expectation that the supplier will identify, implement, and audit these customer-specific requirements with the same intensity that they do the basic requirements of industry standards such as IATF 16949:2016 - customer-specific requirements fall outside the TS document and are agreed to between the supplier and the customer. The webinar was hosted by our Marketing Manager, Tarryn Jordaan, and the lead presenter was our straight-talking subject matter expert, Hans Trunkenpolz (ENCONA Founder & Chairman of the Board), who is a certified IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3 auditor and has over 2,600 days of audit experience across the globe.
