Another quick after-work session down at Southbourne beach — and once again, it proves why I keep coming back. Even this time of year, when a lot of people think it’s not worth the effort, there are still fish to be caught if you get out there and put the time in. In this short session I manage a couple of modest rays, a few dogfish and a whiting — nothing huge, but steady action and a reminder that positivity goes a long way in fishing.
