Abyss Remastered EP - Michael W. Johnson I (2007-2020)

Disclaimer: I do not smoke cigarettes anymore, and I do not condone the use of tobacco. Abyss was a band I was in circa 2007. The members were Trenton and Travis Wicks, Adam Page, Martin Massoff, and I, Michael W. Johnson I. This was also the year that the "I" was added to my name with the birth of my first child, whom I gave my name to. All that being said, in 2020, we lost Marty, who was an absolute staple in our local music scene for years. I was not living locally at the time, so all I could think to do was to remaster our old Abyss demo from 2007 and update it with fresh new vocal takes and EQ for 2020. This is the result of that. I want these songs to stand the test of time in Marty's memory and they are amazing songs. This EP reminds me of some really good days with my first major band.
