Today I’m bringing you a 35-minute full body strength workout at home, perfect for training with dumbbells and a kettlebell. 💪 In this workout, we’ll target legs, arms, glutes, and abs, combining upper and lower body exercises at the same time to make the session more complete, intense, and efficient. We’ll follow an interval structure of 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest, with sequences of 5 exercises repeated twice. 🏋️ Equipment used: ✔️ 8 kg kettlebell ✔️ 5 kg dumbbells 🔥 This workout helps you: 🔥 Build muscle strength 🔥 Activate your entire body in one session 🔥 Strengthen your core and abs 🔥 Increase calorie burn You can adjust the weights based on your level and take breaks whenever needed.
