Hamburguesa definitiva, con un pan que no falla - Mr Wagyu
Guys, until I found a different bread for sandwiches and hamburgers, today a pretzel-style bread that turned out wonderfully. It holds the liquids from the preparations phenomenally well, doesn't fall apart, and gives everything a different touch... Today, to accompany this bread, I made a homemade hamburger, of course with a tremendous cut from the guys' criollo cut, a flap that would be a laminated belly flap, plenty of fat and tremendous flavor. Ingredients for the bread: 500 g flour, regular without baking powder. 270 ml water, at room temperature. 5 g instant yeast. 7 g salt. 20 g butter. 1 tsp honey or malt extract.
