Installing a 320 Amp Alternator & Big 3 Upgrade on A 2011 5th Gen Camaro

Btw, a big three upgrade is when you upgrade the: Power wire that connects from the positive post on the alternator to the positive post on the battery battery The negative wire that connects to the negative terminal on the battery to a spot of bare metal on the car And, (in my case) running a 2/0 gauge wire from any alternator mount bolt (cleaned to bare metal), running it through the battery current sensor and connecting it to the negative terminal on the battery. This allows the electrical system of the car to be more efficient and other people also do it when they want to upgrade their light system, sound system, etc. Materials used: ~45 ft of 1/0 gauge OFC wire 20 feet of 2/0 gauge OFC wire Drill 1/2 inch drill bit Utility knife Hammer crimper 1/0 and 2/0 Copper lugs Heat shrink Heat gun GP Audio 250 amp fuses 320 Amp JS Alternator 1/2 inch drive ratchet Duralast 82.7 inch belt (part Number: 827K6) 10, 12, 13, & 15 mm sockets 15 mm wrench Metal wire brush or wire drill brush attachment #carrepair #camaro #mechanic #alternator #big
