Fave Five Podcast 27 - Mark Mitra

My 27th podcast interview for ‪@FaveFivePodcast‬ is with my friend, Mark Mitra. Starting in 1983, Mark and I worked together at Digital Equipment Corporation in St. Louis and Detroit. He is from University City, Missouri, the next town over from my hometown of Clayton, Missouri. We both moved to Northville, Michigan in 1986. Now retired, Mark was a successful restaurant owner and operator. He owned five Arby's restaurants in metro Detroit. He also offered authentic barbecue at the Kensington Grill in Lyon Township.
