There are two distinct types of people in the entrepreneurial landscape, the builders and the hustlers. Builders are strategic long term thinkers who build their business for many years, and over time they become really successful. Hustlers, on the other hand, are people who jump to the next hot wagon to make a quick buck. Now there is nothing wrong with that, but if you want to establish long term business partnerships with people who have a hustler mindset it tends to be really hard. That`s why I don`t like volume, I prefer to work with select few rather than going for the masses and try to capture everyone's attention.
