Please note that "high number of properties handled" does not necessarily mean "higher profit opportunities"!) ⑦ While seemingly attractive overseas properties with promises like "7% rental yield guarantee" or "buyback guarantee after 10 years" may seem like "good properties to sell" (to us agents), I know the dark side of the real estate industry that almost 100% of them are not good investment properties for investors, so I absolutely do not recommend them! (※Guarantees are not fulfilled after a few years, and truly excellent properties sell without the strong selling point of "guarantees.") My primary focus is on providing advice that leads to the best decisions for investors! ⑧ I can introduce you to some special Malaysian banks that offer loans of up to 70% to Japanese citizens!
