Vizio TV won't power up - fix

Lightening struck the house and took out a bunch of equipment. I was able to save this TV by replacing the control board. I assume the strike entered the coax cable since it took out other equipment related to that. Just a quick video on some tests you can do before purchasing a board replacement. Control board link.
