This video demonstrates how failing to consider a gender diversity approach can lead to incorrect health diagnoses, which can negatively impact the health of LGBTQ+ individuals. It is part of the "Homophobia-Free Centers" initiative, organized by Ovejas Negras, the Ministry of Public Health, RAP, ASSE, the University of the Republic, and UNFPA. It is structured around four scenarios, each illustrating the differences in care, counseling, and information received by a trans woman, a trans man, a lesbian, and a young gay man. The material is being used in training sessions for healthcare professionals.
