තෙරුවන් සරණයි! මෙම දේශනාව මඟින් ඔබ වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කරනු ලබන්නේ ඉතාමත් වටිනා, මිල කළ නොහැකි බලසම්පන්න අධිෂ්ඨාන පූජාවකි. උදේ සවස බුද්ධ වන්දනාව සිදු කර, සුළු වේලාවක් මෛත්‍රී භාවනාව වඩා සිත එකඟ කරගෙන පිරිසිදු මනසින් යුක්තව මෙම සත්‍ය ක්‍රියාව සහ අධිෂ්ඨානය සිදු කරන්න. ලොව්තුරා බුදුපියාණන් වහන්සේ ප්‍රධාන කරගෙන සියලු දෙවියන්ගේ, සක් දෙවියන්ගේ, සතර වරම් දෙවිවරුන්ගේ මෙන්ම ඔබගේ පරම්පරාගත රැකවල් දෙන ඥාති බලවේගයන්ගේ ආශිර්වාදය ලබා ගැනීමටත්, අනන්ත සසරේ සහ මෙම භවයේ සිදු වූ අකුසල් යටපත් කර පෙර කළ මහා කුසල් ශක්තීන් ජීවිතයට ඉස්මතු කර ගැනීමටත් මෙය මහෝපකාරී වනු ඇත. ග්‍රහ දෝෂ, ඇස්වහ කටවහ, අනවින කොඩිවින සහ පහත් භූත පීඩාවන් දුරු කර ඔබේ ජීවිතය ආලෝකමත් කර ගැනීමට දිනපතා මෙම අධිෂ්ඨානය ශ්‍රවණය කරමින් සත්‍ය ක්‍රියාවෙහි යෙදෙන්න. විශේෂ ස්තූතිය: මෙම උතුම් ශාස්ත්‍රය සඳහා මට නිවැරදි මාර්ගය පෙන්වා දුන් ගෞරවනීය චරිත් අනුරාධ ගුරුතුමා වෙත මාගේ හෘදයාංගම ස්තූතිය පිරිනමමි. May the Triple Gem bless you. Dear meritorious friends, today I hope to share with you an invaluable and priceless "Adhistana Poojawa" (Resolution Puja). Worship the Buddha every morning and evening, practice loving-kindness meditation (Metta Bhavana) for a short while, focus your mind, and make this resolution with a pure consciousness. Meritorious friends, our Supreme Buddha is the ultimate spiritual teacher in this world. Guided by Him, this is a sacred request made to all deities, King Sakra, the Four Guardian Deities who protect the Buddha Sasana, and your own ancestral guardian forces. This is a highly valuable resolution discourse to neutralize planetary defects, black magic, sorcery, and disturbances caused by lower spirit entities. Except for the five heinous crimes (Anantariya Papa Karma), it helps suppress any minor unwholesome karma committed in this life. By suppressing the demerits of this lifetime, it awakens and brings forward the powerful wholesome merits you accumulated throughout the infinite cycle of Samsara. I kindly ask everyone to copy this and practice it with truth and devotion every morning and evening. I offer this to you selflessly and generously in honor of my respected Teacher, Mr. Charith Anuradha, who guided me into this ancient spiritual science. I take refuge in the Noble Triple Gem. If I have committed any wrong against the Triple Gem since infinite samsara, may I be forgiven. Homage to the supreme Bodhisattva Maitreya, who will become Buddha in the future. Homage to the supreme Trimurti of Brahma, Vishnu, and Maheshwar. Homage to the supreme King Sakra. Homage to the supreme Four Guardian Deities. Homage to the divine Parents, Ancestors, and the Sun and Moon deities who bring light and power to the world. Homage to all auspicious and positive energies in this universe. May all demerits from infinite samsara be neutralized. May all merits from infinite samsara rise up. By any accumulated merit, divine blessings, or blessings from deceased ancestors, may all spiritual energies, gifts (Varam), protections, and unpredictable blessings be awakened. May all guardian deities and ancestral spirits who protect me receive these merits. May their age, beauty, happiness, power, and wisdom increase. May they fulfill my heart with their absolute blessings and protection. May all planetary defects, evil eyes, curses, and negative sorcery be completely destroyed. If there are any blockages or curses affecting my guardian ancestral forces caused by enemies or negative spirits, may they all be shattered by the power of the Triple Gem, the Trimurti, and the Four Guardian Deities. May my ancestral forces guide me through dreams and clear intuition. May all my spiritual paths receive the ultimate sixty-four infinite powers, including knowledge, chanting, and divine wisdom. May I receive a righteous teacher and guide to lead me in the correct path.
