Campus View Apartments - Indiana University

When my daughter was looking for an apartment at Indiana University, we couldn’t find much about Campus View other than what turned out to be a very unhelpful (layout-wise) drawing. All apartments are unfurnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Some have balconies, while others do not. They do not have an apt washer and dryer but there are 2 washers and 2 dryers on each floor. Something we didn’t realize is that you have to find your own roommate or pay full rent - which is what we do. Campus View is a quiet apartment complex. There are a lot of families here and it feels very safe. I hope this video is helpful when thinking about how or what to bring to furnish. On move-in day, we saw parents loading furniture back up to take home because it didn’t work! Good luck to your student and to you!!!:)
