Survival: Fountain of Youth, part 6

In today's episode I'm finally going to do some of the things I said I'd do a few times now. First I did a small expedition to that valley north-west of my location. I knew there's a water source there and I hoped to find a few other things that may be useful. Well, they were. And they unlocked a few things I certainly can use in the future. With that done, I made sure I got all that was needed for a fishing trip. Reason is that I certainly need the fishbone needles to craft better clothing. Once that was done the fishing in itself wasn't that exiting, but it did generate enough fish bone needles to get me the two clothing pieces I wanted, as well as an increase of my inventory with a new bag. So there's certainly improvement. With that I was finally able to do my first mountain expedition. Not to where the main quest pointed me, but still a location that gave me several useful items, including a new weapon. Once again an improvement to make the survival easier. And getting closer to that mountain expedition our questline wants us to go to.
