RIG at ICRA 2026 - Statements from the network

The IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) 2026 in Vienna brought together the international robotics community for a week of scientific exchange, technical discussion and new impulses for the field. For the Robotics Institute Germany (RIG), the conference offered an important platform to present contributions from across the network and to engage with researchers, partners, industry representatives and the wider robotics community. In these statements, researchers from the RIG network share what impressed them most at the conference, which trends they see emerging, and how RIG contributed to ICRA through scientific work, workshops, organizational roles and exchange across the community.
