A week ago, the doctor allowed me to go home because I was stable, I had a small heart attack. And yesterday I went back to school, I felt really good so I attended all the lessons even the gym class too. But when I came home from school, a man followed me. I was so scared. My chest felt hot, my breath was tight, and my heart was pounding. I immediately ran home and locked the door, My chest hurts, it hurts, I took my phone and recorded it with shaking hands (so sorry if there is a broken sound) I stopped recording because I felt so tight and sharp pain.
