Marco Iseppi returns to the scene of the crime! We are back in Valtellina, still on the Adda river, but this time in the spectacular stretch of Sondalo. With him is Mauro Baggiolo, a true reference for spinning in this area and also curator of the reserve. The setting is truly breathtaking: the stream flows fast, swollen by the rains of the last few days, and the water is slightly cloudy. A difficult situation, because the current is strong and certainly does not help our anglers, who today will have to deal with powerful trout, real "monsters" with deadly strength. Marco and Mauro are getting ready to go into action with the 2025 novelties from Rapture. Marco has the new Black Cross in his hands, while Mauro uses the Fathos Stream, a rod that we have already seen at work in previous Predator Zone videos. Given the high water level, Mauro decides to mount a Crazy Spinner, a hybrid bait between a wobbler and a spinning lure, with an assist hook, perfect for tackling trout that make the famous “eight” during the fight. And it’s an immediate strike for Mauro! After a heated fight, he manages to land a beautiful trout. But there’s no time to waste: the clouds above the mountains are becoming more and more threatening and the action continues. Mauro scores another splendid catch! At this point Marco isn’t going to stay behind. He casts decisively into a hole and, thanks to his champion’s instinct, places a perfect strike and also brings a splendid trout to the landing net. The trout in this stretch of the Adda are truly dream fish, powerful and combative like few others. How will this challenge between our two anglers end?
