Today we're making the incredible Japanese Dango! A sweet treat that every Japanese and anime geek knows. Naruto, our protagonist, is a fan of dango, and right in the leaf village, there's a shop with the best in the entire region. Dango (団子?) is a traditional Japanese dumpling made with mochiko (rice flour), and therefore derived from mochi (glutinous rice cake). It's often served with green tea. Dango is eaten year-round, but the various varieties are traditionally eaten during specific seasons. Three or four dango are often served on a skewer. Ingredients (6 white balls): 90g glutinous rice flour 25g sugar, water, and salt For the syrup: 2 tablespoons soy sauce 25g sugar 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
