Over time, his love for vocal expression evolved into a strong inclination toward classical music, driven by a desire to refine his voice and explore the deeper dimensions of melody and rhythm. Guided by his respected teacher, Syed Ehtisham Abbas, Qasim began formal training in classical music, learning its fundamentals and intricate nuances. Under his mentorship, Qasim’s skills matured, and his appreciation for the art deepened profoundly. Today, Qasim continues his musical journey with dedication and consistent practice, striving to blend the soulful essence of ghazal and Sufi singing with the timeless beauty of classical tradition.
