Learn the Vikkel braid bind off — a decorative braided edge that finishes your knitting with a clean, twisted rope of stitches. No cable needle required. In this tutorial I walk you through the Vikkel braid bind off step by step, at a speed you can knit along to. It's the same braided edge used in my Elio Knot Tank Top pattern, but once you've got it you can use it to finish almost any project. The Vikkel braid — also known as the Estonian braid or lateral braid — creates a raised, horizontal chain of twisted stitches.
