Переменный ток простыми словами: синусоида, RMS, фаза и True RMS | Как понять электронику с нуля
In this video, we take a detailed look at alternating current and the main parameters of a sinusoidal signal in simple words. This video is a continuation of the “Understanding Electronics from Scratch” series. Using a real oscilloscope, we show what frequency, period, amplitude or peak value, peak-to-peak value, instantaneous value, and root mean square, effective or RMS values of voltage and current are. We also explain why a sine wave is called a sine wave, how it is related to a circle, what degrees and radians are, how they are related to each other, and how a sinusoidal signal is produced by the motion of a point around a circle. Separately, we look at how to determine the instantaneous voltage at any moment in time if the amplitude, frequency, phase and required time value are known. The video explains what phase, initial phase and phase shift are. It shows how phase shift looks on an oscilloscope and how to understand it correctly. In the practical part, we compare multimeters with and without True RMS. We perform real measurements of voltages with different waveforms and show why a regular multimeter may measure non-sinusoidal signals incorrectly. In this video, you will learn: — what alternating current is; — what a sine wave is and why it is called that; — how frequency and period differ; — what amplitude, peak value and peak-to-peak value are; — what instantaneous voltage is; — what effective, RMS or root mean square value is; — what phase, initial phase and phase shift are; — how a sine wave is related to a circle, degrees and radians; — how to calculate instantaneous voltage at any moment in time; — how a True RMS multimeter differs from a regular multimeter; — why the waveform affects the measurement result. This video will be useful for those who are learning electronics from scratch, electrical engineering, alternating current, oscilloscopes, multimeters, sinusoidal signals and correct voltage measurement. #AlternatingCurrent #Oscilloscope #RMS #TrueRMS #SineWave #Electronics
