Chicken gravy curry. Pan on stove. Add the 2 Tbls of oil. Add the 1" kg' fresh chicken. Salt. Mix well. Saute for 3-4" minutes. Add the 1" Tbls ' of red chilli powder. Mix well. Saute for 2-3" minutes. Stove off. Keep it a side. PAN on stove. Add the 1 Tbls of coriander seeds. 1" inch cinnamon. 5" cloves. 2" cardmom. 1" Tbls ' of black pepper. 8" red chillies. Roast. Transfer the fried chillies in a plate. Cool completely. Add the 3" chopped tomatoes in a mixture jar. Grind into a fine paste. Add the fried chillies in a mixture jar. 2" inch ginger. Peel skin 1 garlic. Coriander leaves. Season water. Grind into a fine paste. Keep it a side. Pan on stove. Add the 2 Tbls of oil. 2" bay leaf. 1/2" Tbls ' cumin seeds. 2" chopped onions. Saute until onions turns golden brown in colour. Add the blended masala paste. Add the turmeric powder to taste. Add the blended tomato paste. Mix well. Small cup curd. Mix well. Saute for 2-3" minutes. Add the fried chicken. 3" chopped chillies. Curry leaves. Mix well. Saute for 2-3" minutes. Add the 1/2" glass water. Add the salt to taste. Mix well. Cook for 2-3" minutes.
