【Sapporo Travel】I Got Lost at Hokkaido University… Then Found an Amazing View 40 Minutes Later

Walking around Hokkaido University turned out to be a much bigger adventure than I expected. After getting lost more than once, I stumbled upon beautiful poplar tree avenues and some of the most peaceful scenery in Sapporo. In this video, I take a relaxing walk through the vast campus of Hokkaido University, one of Sapporo’s most famous attractions. Located just a 7-minute walk from Sapporo Station, Hokkaido University is known for its beautiful nature, historic buildings, and spacious grounds that feel far removed from the city. Although it’s a popular tourist destination, I quickly discovered that the campus is much larger than it looks on a map—and yes, I got lost several times. 😆 Thankfully, those wrong turns led me to some incredible views, including the famous poplar avenues and the unique natural scenery that makes Hokkaido so special.
