Today we continue exploring the streets of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 🇻🇳 After starting the morning searching for bánh mì with my boys, things take an unexpected turn when I discover an incredible vegan bánh mì that completely surprises me. From there, we explore some of Ho Chi Minh City’s beautiful cafes where I try egg coffee for the very first time — and honestly, it may be one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. As we walk through the city, explore the famous book streets, admire the incredible church and Mother Mary statue, and experience the rain and atmosphere of Saigon, I begin to understand why so many people love this city. To finish the day, I finally try the Vietnamese dish I came here for… Bo Nay — sizzling beef, egg, pâté and fresh baguette cooked right in front of us.
