KOMPAS.TV - Former Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), Febrie Adriansyah, underwent questioning by Team 9 of the Attorney General's Office on Friday (July 24, 2026). During the questioning, Febrie initially served as a witness. Febrie was questioned for nearly 10 hours, starting at noon. Near midnight, Team 9 of the Attorney General's Office upgraded Febrie's legal status from witness to suspect. Febrie was named a suspect in the alleged Money Laundering (TPPU) case. While being escorted into the AGO's detention vehicle, Febrie stated that he was a victim of criminalization. "I feel this is indeed criminalization. So I don't think this warrants detention. This has never happened at the Round Building, and this has never happened at the Round Building," Febrie said. After being named a suspect, Febrie was immediately taken to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) detention center.
