I bought a fake watch. Seller denied it.

Two stories today — a fake Orient Kamasu, and some beautiful new 38mm Orient Bambinos that just came into stock. https://longislandwatch.com/collectio... Also — you may have noticed a new website. Long Island Watch has moved to a new platform. Full story coming in a separate video. The Fake Kamasu Story Needed a black dial Kamasu for a bracelet photo shoot. Bought one on eBay listed as genuine. The second it arrived — the smell alone was a giveaway. Mineral crystal instead of sapphire, charcoal dial instead of black, day/date barely fitting the windows, wrong font, ridiculous end link play on the bracelet, and a movement that was clearly not Orient. The seller argued it was real. It wasn't. Reported. Kept it for the story. Lesson: buy from authorized dealers. Caveat emptor.
