It's done through a Discord server consisting of 30,000+ members. Events happen at every hour and you can choose to either play 12 Player events or 24 Player events. Just type in /c in either the #12-queue-join or #24-queue-join channels. Once the rooms are finished gathering, you'll be put into a private chat with the players you'll be competing against. To play, you'll need to create a MKCentral account and a Discord account. When creating your MKCentral account, you wanna link the Discord account you're going to be using to said account.
