I don't want to waste the time I've been given
I've been doing a lot of thinking recently about time, and how easy it is to spend months or even years waiting for the perfect moment to do something. In this video, I talk about why I've decided to stop procrastinating on some of the decisions I've been putting off and simply start taking action. That includes my running and exercise. After everything my body has been through, it's easy to get caught up worrying about what might happen or whether I'm doing the right thing. But I've realised that constantly overthinking isn't helping me move forward. I also share where I want to take this channel from here. I've spent too much time thinking about making videos and not enough time actually making them, so that's about to change. Life feels a lot better when you're moving towards something rather than standing still, and that's what this video is really about. Thanks for watching, and as always, I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Website = https://petermriley.com 🎹 🎵 The music I use for my videos is from EPIDEMIC SOUND.
