Red Rose Tries Banana For The First Time

To use this video in a commercial player or in broadcasts, please email [email protected] To my ongoing surprise, Deb rescued another Little Red yesterday and Miss Rose was found hanging on a fence near an underground car park. Little Reds usually leave our area around March each year but there is clearly a small colony of them around probably roosting on one of the off shore islands. Miss Rose as she was named by the members of the public who found her has some minor wing injuries as well as being dehydrated and very underweight. I'm not sure Rose had ever met a banana before but she will become well acquainted with them in care before she is released back to the wild next summer when the Reds once more return to our area. www.facebook.com/BatzillatheBat/
