1970 BSA ARIEL 3, The Granny Killer! 70's big flop.
So in the 50's and 60's BSA Motorcycles were the biggest motorbike manufacturer in the world..... until they made the Ariel 3. It all seemed to go downhill after that and the company went bust in 1973, was the Ariel 3 the cause? Some people nicknamed it "The GRANNY Killer", well after riding it I'd call it the most fun I've had in ages! My son Max loves it too! What's your thoughts on this 70's flop?
