Our Nagoya ➜ Nagano journey started 7am bright and early. Straight into Japan’s morning rush hour 🚆💨 Office workers flowing like a river, faces half-awake, moving with quiet discipline — honestly, OL life in Japan deserves a full salute 🫡 Thankfully, we booked reserved Shinkansen seats (lesson learned 😮‍💨).No standing, no fighting for luggage space — just sit back and survive the morning crowd in peace. Once the train started rolling… my priority was very clear 😌👇 🍙 Combini snack feast time! While Zaw was busy gaming and reading on his Kindle, I was fully committed to my snacks — one bite at a time 😂 After about 2.5 hours, we finally arrived in Nagano… and realised not as much snow as expected despite all our winter prep. Since this was a last-minute booking, most places were either fully booked or way above budget. So we were genuinely happy to find a cozy, simple stay that had everything we needed.
