"我们的视频着重展示美食制作过程，所有食材的来源都符合合法和道德标准。" 香蕉蛋糕一直都是受很多人欢迎的。要香气十足的香蕉蛋糕有个秘诀，就是香蕉必须完全熟透，最好表皮已变黑那种，我用的是红肉蕉，这品种的烤起来很漂亮。喜欢鬆软溼润口感的朋友们可以参考这个配方，不油不腻，减少了糖的分量，不会太甜。真的又香又好吃，吃到停不了口。 香气十足，鬆软又溼润的香蕉蛋糕 The Best banana cake 材料： 鸡蛋2颗(去壳淨重120g) 无盐牛油50g （加温融化成液体） 低筋麵粉100g 细砂糖50g 香蕉200g （去皮后） 苏打粉 1/2茶匙 泡打份 1/2茶匙 盐 1/4茶匙 香草精 1/2茶匙 （可以不要放，放了特别香） 香蕉海绵蛋糕模 20cm X 11.3cm X 5.5cm 长方形烤盒1个 （3’s loaf pan） 做法： 1.香蕉放在碗裡用叉子压成泥 2.鸡蛋放入盆中,加入细砂糖用打蛋器高速搅打起泡泡，全蛋打发（糖分开2次加入） 3 打到蛋煳蓬鬆泛白,可以画下8字形即可(全程约6-8分钟) 4.加入香蕉泥和香草精，用打蛋器低速打半分钟 5.麵粉加入苏打粉，泡打粉和盐一起过筛 6.将面粉分开3次加入，以切拌方式溷合均匀 7.最后加入融化牛油，分开两次加入 8 预热烤箱160度c，烤60分钟或用竹签插入蛋糕，拔起来竹签是干净的，就可以了。 小撇步 1.麵粉用中筋或低筋都可以，中筋口感会比较扎实。低筋比较柔软细腻。 2.我用的锡纸盒所以不用涂油和放纸，如果你用普通的烤盒，必须抹上一层薄薄的牛油,铺上一层油纸，这样比较好脱模。 3.如果没烤箱，这是食谱也可以拿来蒸，水滚后，蒸45分钟即可 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Banana cakes have always been popular with many people.
