Appalachian Mountain Speedweek! || Lincoln Speedway 6/13/26

Pulled in the pits with zero expectations for myself as I have never raced at Lincoln before and it was only my third race in the super. My one goal for the night was to make the feature. Went out for hot laps and timed 7th quick out of 31 cars. And then went out for qualifying and timed 6th quick in my group. The top 3 fastest cars in the group move on to the dash. I just missed the top 3 by about a tenth. That put me starting 2nd in the first heat. Top 3 transferred to the feature. Kinda got stuck on the top and I tried to find something up there but it just didn’t work, ultimately finished 5th. That put me in the B main. Started 5th in the B taking the top 6 to the feature. Was running pretty decent but probably should’ve made more adjustments to the car prior to the B. Driver could’ve used a little more of his brain too during the race. Was racing for the last transfer spot and got beat at the line by .009. Overall a great learning night for me and the team. Kinda bummed I didn’t achieve my goal but we had a lot of fun so that’s what counts most. This weekend I am still undecided of where I want to race, either BAPS or Path Valley.
