The Minions Take Over London. “Minions,” a Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment story, begins at the dawn of time. Emerging as yellow single-celled organisms, the Minions evolve through time, eternally serving the most despicable of masters. After several unsuccessful partnerships – ranging from T. Rex to Napoleon – the Minions find themselves in a deep depression when they realize they have no one left to serve. But one Minion named Kevin has a plan: alongside the rebellious teenager Stuart and the small and adorable Bob, he decides to travel the world in search of a new evil boss so that his brothers will have someone to serve again. The trio then embarks on an exciting journey that will lead them to meet their potential new master, Scarlet Overkill (Oscar® winner Sandra Bullock), the world's first supervillain. They travel from Antarctica to New York in 1960 and end up in London, where they will face the greatest challenge of their lives: saving all the Minions... from annihilation.
