Chaos in the cottage! The first few weeks after buying our house in the beautiful Scottish Highlands are exciting, exhausting, and full of surprises. In episode 101 of my vlog, I'll show you how we're gradually getting our new home ready: We're battling our way through the garden, clearing away mountains of rubbish, and even discovering loads of scrap metal in the stream behind the house. I'll also be cleaning old stones with the pressure washer, planting a raspberry hedge, and sharing the everyday challenges – from long and expensive shopping trips to the general heating situation. Despite all the obstacles, we're experiencing an incredibly warm welcome from our neighbors and are already feeling the wonderful sense of community in the area.
