class 50 restart

On Sunday the 1st of February, 50019 restarted for the first time since she failed on a santa special service on return from whymondham, the cause of the failiure was defective radiators in the form of 'leaks' after Two years of work of cleaning, welding and painting they were reunited to the locomotive last weekend, the roof fan and panel replaced. this weekend after baring over and checking the locomotives engine components, 50019 started very well indeed, and cleared soon after start-up. We congratulate the people who have helped to get her back and wish them the very best of luck for the future, please note : 50019 is still not opperational, tests will have to be conducted
