Dregs of the City: Los Angeles is a short documentary that dives into the grossness that exists on the streets of LA both physically and psychologically. What was once deemed the City of Angels, a city that made dreams comes true, is now a place where dreams go to die. As we move forward through the documentary, the audience will come to see the beauty in the destruction. This is a beauty that can only be seen by talking to the people that live in the dirt. The conversations being had are not something you'd usually see on YouTube. From Skid Row, to Venice Beach, to Hollywood, we embark on a journey throughout the cement turmoil that is Los Angeles to find answers.
