Immersion en laboratoire de PMA (Fécondation In Vitro)

Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), or Assisted Reproductive Technology, encompasses a range of techniques that help couples—or single women—have a child when natural conception is not possible. Among these techniques, the most well-known is IVF, or in vitro fertilization. But what exactly does that mean? How does it work? Who is eligible? And most importantly, what happens when you walk through the doors of an ART clinic? Because beyond the common misconceptions, ART is a human, scientific, and technical journey… but above all, a true team effort! Today, we're taking you behind the scenes of ART. A huge thank you to Nadia Kazdar and the entire team at the ART clinic of the Ambroisé Paré Clinic in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Charline Henry, Marc Hammeni, and Rubie Rhapsody. @LeCNC has created funding for online videos: CNC Talent, and my documentary series benefited from it! If you have at least 10,000 subscribers, apply for funding! More information at https://www.cnc.fr/professionnels/aid... Thank you also to Medical Biologists! Their role is crucial for the future of our profession and the healthcare system. https://lesbiologistesmedicaux.fr/ 00:00 Introduction 02:03: A Day in the Lifesaving and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Lab 03:01: Gamete Collection 04:01: Sperm Preparation 04:42: Oocyte Preparation 05:56: IVF with ICSI 06:42: Embryo Culture 07:16: Embryo Transfer 08:04: Working in ART?
