Xingyi combat training drills

This clip deals with some pad drills that include some of our Xingyi animal movements (horse, bear, cockerel, Tiger, T'ai) and five forces (Pi, Peng, Tsuan, Heng) as well as some discussion and education (for the student) on body mechanics, principles, methods, etc. This student is tall at 6' 5'' and is trying to adapt to our footwork and body methods.
