LEMON MOUSSE Ingredients 20g of Lemon-flavored Gelatin 240ml of filtered, boiling water (1 cup) 395g of Sweetened Condensed Milk 300g of Heavy Cream 200ml of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon of Lemon Zest Preparation Method ➜ In a bowl, dissolve the lemon gelatin in the boiling water, stirring well until completely homogeneous. ➜ In a blender, add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, lemon juice, and dissolved gelatin. ➜ Beat for about 5 minutes, until you obtain a smooth, airy, and very creamy cream. ➜ Add the lemon zest and mix gently to enhance the aroma and freshness. ➜ Pour into a baking dish or individual glasses. ➜ Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until firm and chilled.
