Uganda Needs Visa-Free Travel to Boost Aviation | 130 Graduate from Uganda Civil Aviation Academy.

Connecting Uganda and indeed Africa to the World requires just more than Air Transport but waiver of visas to ease movement of goods and persons. This is the message that Esther Passaris, the Woman Member of Parliament for Nairobi County in Kenya carried as over 130 youth graduated form the Uganda Civil Aviation Academy. This was held at Protea Hotel where both the Deputy Director General Civil Aviation Authority Olive Lumonya agreed with Mike Mukula on the need to support the aviation industry for more economic opportunities.
