50 ANNI,SINGLE SENZA AMICI|💋UNA VITA MERAVIGLIOSA!!!

This morning I cut my hair (I colored it yesterday), but first I shot this video. I'M 50 YEARS OLD, WITHOUT A PARTNER OR FRIENDS, I HAVE A FULL AND FABULOUS LIFE! I thought it was appropriate to talk about this topic of loneliness because I believe (and statistics prove it) that there's a great deal of loneliness that especially affects single women over 40. In my video, I'll tell you how I live, how I fill my days with meaningful and creative activities (which would be impossible if I had a partner or friends who take up time, keep me awake at night, and create problems). Being a minimalist also means this: realizing that we should never settle and that burdens must be eliminated: often, we drag objects and things through our lives that are only a memory of years gone by but that no longer bring value to our days. Let's embrace and enjoy solitude because we're all destined to be alone (even those married to the best of husbands and with many children), and so we might as well come to terms with it as soon as possible and learn to be self-sufficient.
