Thank you! Recipe for: Fish Soup with 3 Types of Fish. A tried and tested recipe with a rich and rich taste! Necessary products: 1 trout (about 300 g) 400 g of moruna 500 g of wild carp 2 onions, finely chopped 2 carrots, finely chopped 2 potatoes, cut into small cubes 1 tomato, peeled and finely chopped (the fleshy part only) 6 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced 3 carrots, coarsely chopped 1 onion, quartered Half a lemon The stalks of half a bunch of parsley The handles of half a link devesil Half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped Half a bunch of devesil, finely chopped Salt Black pepper grains 2 bay leaves Oil Method of preparation: Put the fish in a pot and add about 3 liters of cold water. Turn on the stove and let it boil. Skim off the foam that forms on the surface. Add the coarsely chopped carrots, onion, stalks of parsley and chives, lemon, bay leaf, a few grains of black pepper and salt. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Let the fish cook on moderate heat for 30-40 minutes. Remove the fish from the broth and strain it. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the onion and carrots for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add the fish stock and bring to a boil. While the stock is boiling, debone the fish. Add the potatoes to the broth and season with salt. Add the finely chopped parsley and devesil. Let the broth simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add the tomatoes and garlic and cook for another 10 minutes. Finally, add the boneless fish and turn off the heat. Serve the fish soup sprinkled with fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
