We Climbed ETNA Volcano in 1991 Hymermobile Camper In 2020, while travelling Italy and Sicily for 1,5 years we also decided to travel up to Etna Vulcano, as its a must do when in Sicily. We were not sure if our old camper would make it all the way up as back oin 2020 we had broken colling system and every time we were going up the hill for a longer time it would overheat and literally leave us in the middle of the road. So this time around we went also with our friends Pawel and Kasia, who end the end gave us a lift for last 300 metres, but still our old Hymermobil made it to aroubnd 1,600 metres above the sea level, where we parked it as it started to over heat and we did not want to take more chances. Still pretty amazing as we only missed 300 metres which was only few more curves up the hill, and actually looking back, I think it would make it those last moments.. Still, we parked at 1,600 and the rest we went with our friends.. What a trip this was.. Thank you for watching.
