SOPA DE ERVILHA | Silvana Oliveira

Hi everyone! I'm back with another special recipe, and this time it's perfect for your June festival! PEA SOUP 👉🏾 INGREDIENTS: 500g dried peas (1 package); 200g diced bacon; 400g thin sausage slices; 400g desalted boneless ribs, cubed; 3 bay leaves; 1 grated onion; Garlic to taste. 👉🏾 PREPARATION: In a pressure cooker, add the peas, sausage, bacon, ribs, and bay leaf. Cover with water to the top of the pan. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes. In another pan, I sautéed the onion and garlic, then added them to the pea broth. 😋 There you go! It's so easy, right? To go with it, I made toast with the leftover bread from breakfast. I brushed it with margarine and sprinkled it with oregano.
