Banana Pudding Ice Cream: No-Churn Recipe 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 - 3.4 oz package Jell-O Banana Cream Instant Pudding 7 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk (½ of a 14 oz can) 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Nilla Wafers (about 24-28 cookies crushed) 1 banana sliced Using a stand mixer, add heavy whipping cream with your wire whisk attachment and mix on high for about 1-2 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Scrape down the sides, add banana pudding and gently fold in by hand. Once the pudding has been incorporated, add ½ of a can of sweetened condensed milk and fold again to incorporate. Allow the mixture to sit for about 1-minute (to rest) and then add vanilla extract; gently fold to combine. Using an ice cream container or loaf pan, layer ⅓ of the mixture on the bottom of your ice cream container, smooth out, add crushed Nilla wafers, and banana slices, repeat for layer two. For the top layer add the remaining pudding mixture and crushed Nilla wafers. Using a knife or spreader, gently blend the ingredients. Place the lid over your ice cream container and freeze for 6-hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy! If not using an ice cream container with a lid, cover the top of your ice cream with plastic wrap, being sure to press the plastic wrap directly over the top to prevent ice crystals from forming on top of your ice cream.
