Neverwinter | How to Play Arbiter in MJS Mod 33

*UPDATE* Use the feats Doomsayer + Divine Equilibrium for first boss with Searing Javelin/Prophecy of Doom/Daunting Light. The rotation is the exact same as the single target rotation with Forgemaster's Flame instead of Searing Javelin. *UPDATE* This video shows how to effectively play as an Arbiter in Master Jotunskar (MJS) in Mod 33.
