Tips for a simple black and white painting – #1: the basics

Making your own black and white paintings is wonderful. I give you tips and trick to make it easy for you to create simple black and white paintings. If there is one thing even more easy it would be making an abstract black and white painting. Whatever you do on your canvas can turn out great. I prefer to work on multi-purpose paper, more info in this video:    • How to choose the RIGHT paper for your art   In almost all my videos I use with Winsor&Newton Galeria acrylics, if not, I will say so in the video. Other materials I use are in random order: 5, 10 and 40mm brushes, palette knives, acrylics medium, Ecoline liquid watercolor, Lyra color pencils, Lyra soft pastels, oil pastels, Stabilo color pencils, paper palette pad and basic masking tape.
